Nikolai@TouchDevelop We don't want to make it too easy to comment/uncomment blocks of code, as we want to prevent that malicious code is commented out (thus bypassing our automated privacy analysis in the cloud), and the end-user is given easy instructions to uncomment it.

Glen in Calgary Too true... I do use the if false sometimes. I think that the commenting out would be a special case, where it has to be valid code, included in error checking and validation, but skipped at runtime. But I guess that could be malicious too. Maybe prevent uploading if code is commented out like that.
